Confidentiality Option at Booking: You may request confidentiality at the time of booking (during Step 2 consultation or before paying the deposit). If agreed, we will not publicly display your identity or project content, except where disclosure is required by law. Any confidentiality scope will be confirmed in writing. Post-Deposit Confidentiality Requests: If you request confidentiality after a deposit is made (or after content is published), an additional Confidentiality Fee (administrative fee) may apply to compensate for changes, removals, or re-edits already in progress or published. Fee amounts and scope will be stated in your Booking/Service Agreement. Limitations: Even with confidentiality agreed, complete removal may not be possible once content is shared publicly (e.g., third-party resharing, screenshots, search engine caches, auto-backups). We will make reasonable efforts to remove or suppress content we control but cannot guarantee full removal across the internet or third-party systems. Metadata (time, GPS) may be embedded in files unless removed. We may engage assistants, second shooters, editors, or print labs; they receive only necessary information to fulfill their role and are bound by confidentiality where applicable.
